Master ShoreTel with Free Online Training

With a powerful, state-of-the-art phone system like ShoreTel, it's impossible to learn all of the great features in one or two training sessions.  Refresh your memory and learn to harness the full power of the system by completing some of ShoreTel's free online training:

To Access Online Training:
1.       Visit http://support.shoretel.com/training/
2.       Under Online Training in the bottom left, select the link corresponding to the version of ShoreTel you're using (ShoreTel 10, 9, or 8.1).  Not sure?  In Call Manager, select the Help menu and choose About
3.       Select one of the buttons under Call Manager Course or Phone Course.  If you're not sure what version or phone type you have, use the buttons on the right side to verify.
