Dear Diners and Culinary Adventurers,
The Stags are bringing the Clandestine Dinner Series to Los Angeles this November.
Over the past two years Stag Dining Group has built a community while worked with some of the best winemakers, bartenders, artists, and brewers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our passion to create memorable dining experiences in exotic locations has led our culinary adventurers to battleships, gun clubs, haunted mansions, and picturesque wineries. Our focus has always been to create a warm environment, where the conversation at the table is as important as the meal.
Our dinners have been about collaborations and bring people together to celebrate Craftsmanship and Art. We aim to take that same approach with our first dinner in Los Angeles, and are pleased to announce live music from the very talented Delmos Wade. To add to our collaborative spirit, we will also be featuring an LA-based artist displaying some fantastic works of art.
The menu will be created by LA transplants, Ted Fleury and Jordan Grosser. Each dish will be paired with five unique cocktails created by the amazing talents of Jason Hubert from The Varnish.

For our first-time diners in LA, our dinners take a rather unique twist. True to the name, Clandestine Dinners are secret in location to guests until the day of the event. After you buy a ticket, you will be sent a confirmation email. On the morning of the event, you will be given specific instructions on where the dinner is taking place. The only hint we can give you now is that this dinner will be taking place in downtown Los Angeles. Our dinners typically extend for 3 hours. Please be responsible with your post-event driving.
