I’m writing to let you know that we have extended the deadline for applications to the Street Lab Teens program to 11:59 p.m. on May 6. Here are the details again, and thanks for spreading the word!
There is a new opportunity for NYC public high school students at Street Lab—a nonprofit dedicated to creating and sharing free programs for public space in NYC. We have just launched our 2022 Street Lab Teens program, which is a paid summer opportunity for 10th, 11th, and 12th graders. Working closely with our staff, teens will help develop and lead our Street Marker activation, which brings New Yorkers together to create chalk murals on NYC Open Streets in all five boroughs. Teens will get valuable experience working with Street Lab staff, community partners, and the public while collaborating with a small team of dedicated peers. Applications accepted until 11:59 p.m. on May 6 with rolling admission.
