Sign up for Training Table lunch program

The lunch program offered at VSSA provides our young, developing student-athletes with an opportunity to get a balanced meal after long mornings on the mountain and throughout the entire school year. Proper nutrition becomes an integral part of the
student-athlete's day, not only to begin the rebuilding process of the muscles, but also to replenish energy stores and provide fuel for the brain to excel through the academic part of the day.

The lunch program options available for your student-athlete include an annual plan, semester plan and a punch-card plan (10 or 20). To purchase a lunch program, please log in to your My SSCV account.

Rates are as follows:
Full year: $1,350
Semester: $800
10 Punch: $125
20 Punch: $250

First Day of School and the August Wilderness Trip!

Details are here for the Wilderness Trip!!! Click here for details, gear lists, and everything you need to know!

The last Yeti Times there was an incorrect bike shop rental name. I apologize for any confusion (from Ms MacFarlane). The correct name for the shop in Lionshead, owned by a VSSA family, is WheelBase, not Vail Bike Tech.  If you need to rent a bike for the VSSA Wilderness Trip, the Lucas family is happy to help you out!

Please email Katie MacFarlane to volunteer, or with any questions you may have. Thank you!

New Student Orientation

New students and parents, please plan on attending New Student Orientation on Tuesday, August 16 from 9am-12pm. We will go over key items in the handbook, our communication model, you will get parent access letters and details on PowerSchool (our data system), and more!

Highway 24 Delay
CDOT claimed that starting August 8th there would be a
full time one-lane access to the school being controlled with timed traffic lights set around a 5-minute delay for each direction. At the moment, there are still flaggers and no light. Please be aware this may change at any time and will most likely cause a 10-20 minute delay every morning and night so please plan according to be on time to school. (The project started July 25th and there have been crews out there working now). Here is more information regarding the project.

Here is the school supply list! Please drop off anytime between now and August 11th. If you are unable to do this, please do so on the first day of school. Thank you!
