With the presence of the first Swiss astronaut, Prof. Claude Nicollier, the Science, Technology and Education Section at the Embassy of Switzerland in Beijing successfully organized the event to showcase Switzerland’s excellence in innovation and sustainability to Chinese young generation. Swiss Startups Ready to Conquer China
 After a very successful first edition of the venture leaders China program in 2014, the Swiss national startup team of 2015 is once again ready to conquer the Chinese market. The 10 startups are active in multiple high-tech domains and have been chosen among more than 50 high profile applications. They are coming to Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen for a 10-day market exploration and business development journey this October. Read more
They were with us
 With the support of swissnex China network, the internationalization of Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS) took further steps in China. More delegations from UAS and vocational education institutes have come to China to learn about the country, seek cooperation with Chinese universities and partners, such as La Source Nursing College & HEIG-VD and Zurich University of Applied Sciences ZHAW. In addition, an apprenticeship program has just been launched in the Canton of Neuchatel. Six apprentices will be sent to China this year, which is the first time that China and Switzerland joint hands in apprentice training.
