Note: With the continuance of phase 2 (of the NC reopening plan) which prohibits yoga studios operating, we will continue online at least until 
Phase 3 is announced. Miss you all but staying safe is yogic. Occasional yoga offered in a local park - email to get on the mailing list.

Regular class schedule (online):
Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime classes
 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Free or pay as you can. Credit card, check or Venmo accepted (inquire for details).
Email Liz for the link to class on Zoom. Each day is a new link with password. I record and post later to those on the list in case they missed.

Fee information when classes are in the studio again:

60 minute classes at Open Lotus are $15 for drop-in (single class rate) or you may purchase a class card.  5 classes $65.00, 10 classes $125.00.
     Gift certificates
Know a friend or family member who would enjoy gentle yoga?
Gift certificates are available for 3, 5 or 10 class cards, for the next mini-retreat or any combination. Email Liz and payment can be made online. I can mail or email the gift certificates for your convenience.                        

Gentle flow classes are suitable for all ages, abilities and level of experience. Beginners welcome.
 Restorative yoga classes include a gentle warmup followed by relaxing supported poses that allow your muscles to stretch and you to breathe a sigh of relief. The poses use comforting props and are held
for longer than in flow class.
We complete each practice with a period of releasing, renewing and mindful breathing. Suitable for all levels.

Private classes with Liz for individuals or groups evenings and weekends upon request. See brochure for more information and email Liz.

Private yoga for families, groups and individuals available online or outside.
