InSphero Publishes 3D Osteosarcoma Model
Metastatic osteosarcoma is fatal within 5 years of diagnosis for ~80% of patients, driving the need for more effective therapies. Our recent publication in the Journal of Biotechnology used 3D tumor microtissues from osteosarcoma cell lines to reveal stark differences in drug efficacy between 2D and 3D cultured cells. Genentech, InSphero to Present at FAST Congress
